بر اساس الزامات آخرین ویرایش EN 137، DIABLO ADVANCED در نسخه نوع 1، برای استفاده عمومی، و در نسخه 2 که تست فلش اوور را مثبت گذرانده است، گواهی و در دسترس است. چنین آزمایشی بر اساس قرار گرفتن در معرض حرارت و شعله دستگاه کامل به مدت 10 ثانیه در دمای 900 درجه و به دنبال آن یک افت است. در حین و بعد از آزمایش، دستگاه باید به کار خود ادامه دهد و فشار مثبتی به داخل ماسک وارد کند و خود خاموش شوند.
– بسته پشتی شامل یک صفحه آناتومیک ساخته شده از رزین مصنوعی خود خاموش شونده، سبک و به لطف تقویت شیشه فیبر است.
– مهار بدنه یک ساختار کامپوزیتی است که از منسوجات خود خاموش شونده ساخته شده است.
– کاهنده فشار جبرانی C2000 (تحت ثبت اختراع)، از یک اصل جبران فعال استفاده می کند که از رانش بسته شدن شیر اصلی استفاده می کند که روی بیش از صد هزار قطعه تولید شده آزمایش شده است.
– واحد فشار قفسه سینه که فقط به یک شلنگ فشار قوی سبک و انعطاف پذیر متصل شده است که توسط فیبر آرامیدیک تقویت شده است، علاوه بر APR (کاهنده فشار کمکی)، فشارسنج و دستگاه هشدار دهنده نیز دارد. APR علاوه بر این توسط یک ASV (سوپاپ ایمنی کمکی) در برابر نقص های احتمالی محافظت می شود.
– گیج فشار که در سمت چپ کاربر قرار می گیرد و به تارهای شانه قلاب می شود، بسیار نازک است، از طراحی خلاقانه و نور اضافی برخوردار است، اگرچه به طور موثر توسط یک پوسته لاستیکی محافظت می شود.
– سوت اخطار از نوع دو مرحله ای است، یعنی با فشار بالا هدایت می شود اما با فشار متوسط فعال می شود.
– شیر تقاضای کنترل شده ریه E400 از نوع اول تنفس است یعنی به طور خودکار از حالت آماده به کار (بدون هیچ گونه هوای دور) تغییر وضعیت می دهد. در حالت فشار مثبت، قادر است p را به نیاز تنفسی بیش از 10 برابر میانگین مصرف هوای مورد نیاز در استفاده معمولی برساند و با واکنش سریع و عملکرد صاف مشخص می شود.
– شیر تقاضای E 400 هم در نسخه AP/A، مجهز به اتصال رزوه ای استاندارد M 45×3 به ماسک و یا در نسخه ESA مجهز به سیستم پلاگین، که توسط آتش نشانان آلمانی نیز تأیید شده است، موجود است.
– ماسک های تمام صورت فشار مثبت C607 SP/A یا SFERA SP/A موجود در نسخه های EPDM یا SILICONE، با رزوه یا اتصال دهنده استاندارد.
Description:
Based on the requirements of the latest revision of EN 137, DIABLO ADVANCED is certified and available in Type 1 version, for general use, and in Type 2 version, which positively passed the flashover test. Such test based on a heat and flame exposure of the complete apparatus for 10 seconds at 900°, followed by a drop. During and after the test the apparatus shall continue to work granting positive pressure inside the mask and being self extinguishing.
- – The back pack consists of an anatomic plate made of self extinguishing synthetic resin, light and robust thanks to the fibre glass reinforcement.
- – The body harness is a composite structure made of self extinguishing textile.
- – The compensated C2000 pressure reducer (patented), uses an active compensation principle exploiting the closing thrust of the main valve which has been tested on over hundred thousand pieces produced.
- – The chest pressure unit, connected only to a light and flexible high pressure hose, reinforced by aramidic fibre, includes, besides the APR(auxiliary pressure reducer), also the pressure gauge and the warning device. The APR is additionally protected from potential malfunctions by an ASV (auxiliary safety valve).
- – The pressure gauge, placed on the left side of the user and hooked to the shoulder webbing, is extremely thin, of innovative design and extra light, though effectively protected by a rubber shell.
- – The warning whistle is of the dual stage type, i.e. it is driven by the high pressure but actuated by medium pressure.
- – E400 lung governed demand valve is of the first breath type i.e. it automatically switches from the stand-by mode (without any waist of air). In positive pressure mode it is able to deliver p to a respiratory demand in excess of 10 times the average air consumption needed during normal use and is characterized by a fast response and a smooth action.
- – E 400 Demand valve is available both in the AP/A version, equipped with an M 45×3 standardized threaded connection to the mask, or in the ESA version equipped with a plug in system, also certified by the German Fire Fighters.
- – C607 SP/A or SFERA SP/A positive pressure full face masks available in EPDM or SILICONE versions, with standard thread or plug in connector.
