Ferno ARACHNIPOD همه کاره ترین سیستم مدیریت لبه کامل مدولار (TEMS) در جهان است. قطعات را می توان در صورت لزوم اضافه یا حذف کرد تا ARACHNIPOD مکمل ویژگی های ساختاری یا طبیعی موجود باشد. طراحی منحصربهفرد سر مدولار در انتظار ثبت اختراع به این معنی است که ARACHNIPOD را میتوان در بسیاری از پیکربندیهای مختلف از جمله یک قطب/مونوپول، دو پایه، سه پایه، چهارپایه، سیستم پل و تکقطبی بازیابی هندریل ساخت. برای بارهای سنگین، می توان از چهار پایه برای تشکیل یک Quadpod و افزایش بار کاری ایمن (SWL) استفاده کرد. تطبیق پذیری آن آن را به یک سیستم ایده آل برای کارگران در صنایعی مانند خدمات امداد و نجات و اورژانس، ساخت و ساز، ارتش، خدمات شهری، معدن، فیلم و نگهداری تبدیل می کند.
ARACHNIPOD، در ابتدایی ترین شکل خود، یک سه پایه ساده با سه پایه است که به طور مستقل از یک سر آلومینیومی آنودایز شده می چرخند. سر مدولار طراحی مشابه لولای در دارد. قرار دادن یا برداشتن یک پین از طریق مرکز هد، امکان افزودن یا حذف سریع و ساده اجزا را فراهم می کند تا پیکربندی متناسب با هر سناریوی مدیریت لبه ایجاد شود. هر بخش سر شامل یک غل برای پسر کردن است، در حالی که یک قرقره فولادی ضد زنگ دو شیاردار داخلی اختیاری نیز موجود است. یک شیار قرقره تا 13 میلیمتر طناب و دیگری تا 8 میلیمتر کابل سیمی را میگیرد. پینهای نگهدارنده فولادی ضد زنگ مانع از بیرون آمدن طناب سیم از شیارها میشوند.

Description:
The Ferno ARACHNIPOD is the world’s most versatile modular total edge management system (TEMS). Components can be added or removed as required so that the ARACHNIPOD complements existing structural or natural features. The unique design of the patent-pending modular head means the ARACHNIPOD can be constructed into many different configurations including a ginpole/monopole, bipod, tripod, quadpod, bridge system and handrail recovery monopole. For heavy loads, four legs can used to form a Quadpod and increase the safe working load (SWL). Its versatility makes it an ideal system for workers in industries such as rescue and emergency services, construction, military, utility services, mining, film and maintenance.
The ARACHNIPOD, in its most basic form, is a simple tripod with the three legs independently pivoting from an anodised aluminium head. The modular head has a similar design to a door hinge. Inserting or removing a pin through the centre of the head allows the quick and simple addition or removal of components to create a configuration to suit any edge management scenario. Each head section contains a shackle for guying while an optional in-built twin grooved stainless steel pulley is also available. One groove of the pulley take up to 13 mm rope an the other take up to 8mm wire cable.Stainless stell detent pins prevent the rope of wire to coming out of the grooves.
